- Description This announcement will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be based on Best Value to the Government utilizing evaluation factors of Past Performance and Price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-07. This acquisition is to be set aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330. The small business size standard for this code is $13 million. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: This acquisition is for non-personal services wherein, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to perform/provide Installation of Carpet and Tile Services for Holloman AFB, New Mexico. Materials and labor to be provided include, but are not limited to, carpet, tile, cove base, installation and removal of listed materials, and the removal and replacement of furnishings as required. The initial performance period is from 1 Oct 06 to 30 Sep 07 plus four one-year options (1 Oct 07 to 30 Sep 08, 1 Oct 08 to 30 Sep 09, 1 Oct 09 to 30 Sep 10, and 1 Oct 10 to 30 Sep 11). Options may be exercised unilaterally by the Government. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement and with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. IMPORTANT NOTICES: RFP submission must be in accordance with solicitation. All Amendments, if applicable, must be acknowledged. All offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (Ref.
