Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to "Replace Finishes NHCU 2, Building 82?, Project 573A4-06-111?. Work includes general construction, alterations, replacing wall finishes, paint and ceilings on the second floor of the Nursing Home, and certain other items as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 238320/size standard is $13 million. Cost range is $100,000-$250,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL HUB-ZONE SET ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM QUALIFIED HUB-ZONE SMALL BUSINESSES. The issue date is 7/26/06. Pre-Bid Conference: 8/10/06 at 11:30am in Room B18, Bldg. 19. Bid Opening: 8/29/06 at 3:00pm in Room B18, Bldg. 19.
