- Contractor shall provide one locum tenen General Internist to work in Primary Care at the Appleton VA CBOC, Appleton, WI. The anticipated period of performance is August 14, 2006 through October 31, 2006 with an option to extend for an addition six months at the Government_s discretion. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed unit price requirements contract. Only one award will be made from this solicitation. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621111, size standard $9.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is August 7, 2006.
