- Contractor to provide a board certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide outpatient medical primary care services for the St. Cloud VA Medical Center. Services to be provided at the Montevideo CBOC (Community Based Outpatient Clinic), in Montevideo Minnesota. Contract period will be six months from date of award with two pre-priced six-month option periods. Issue date is July 11, 2006; proposal due date is August 11, 2006 no later than 4:30PM (local time). Electronic copies of the solicitation may be obtained free of charge as posted on the FedBizOpps website. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and faxed to the Contracting Officer at 320-255-6341. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will only be available on the Business Opportunities System (BOS) website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
