Description
Modification to read quotations are due by July 18, 2006 in lieu of July 07, 2006 The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for services to open, inspect, report and possible overhaul of NSN: 2030-01-505-1581 Winch, Boat Davit, part number: 49396, quantity four (04) each, Manufacture Name: Allied Systems Company. Repairs shall be accomplished in accordance with ELC Specifications. Delivery shall be F.O.B Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room Bldg 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. All Responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSCG40-06-Q-50143 shall be Available for download from FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or about June 22, 2006. Quotations are due July 18, 2006. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the EPS systems for changes or amendments to the quotation. Note: In accordance with FAR Case 2002-24, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26, and FAR Subpart 4.12-Annual Representations and Certifications, the use of ORCA will become mandatory as of January 1, 2005. ORCA is available through the Business Partner Network (BPN). Contractors will use ORCA to electronically submit annual Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs). Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of their Reps & Certs with each proposal. For Contractors to be able to upload their Reps & Certs to ORCA, they must have an active Central Contractor Registration(CCR) record and a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN).
