- The U. S. Coast Guard intend to procure, Sole Source from Alphatron Marine Parts Inc., 4 ea., Part #MG5239T Magnetron E2V, 30 ea., Part #MG5239T/C Magnetron E2V, 12 ea., Part #MG5331 Magnetron E2V, 22 ea., Part #MG5331L Magnetron E2V, and 20 ea., Part #MG5436 Magnetron, E2V utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedurres in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13, and Policies in Paart 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items. This is 100% Set-Aside Small, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone Small, Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned, etc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334511, and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees. Any intersted sources who feel they can provide these Magnetrons may request a copy of the solicitation via e-mail robin.smalley@uscg.mil. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation will be advantageous to the Government, Price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Delivery, and Past Performance.
