- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools and labor to perform preventive maintenance and repairs to EPDM roof system for Buildings 4, 31, 32 and 33, Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, Virginia 23297. Project consists of performing typical preventive maintenance and repairs to all roof systems, membranes and related components on both Carlisle and Firestone mechanically-attached and fully adhered EPDM roof systems located on (4) four low-sloped two-tier warehouse type facilities containing approximately 284,074 SF roof surface per building. Project includes all manufacturer?s recommended repairs and replacements, ROOFER survey and all other contractor and independent identified discrepancies. In addition, contractor shall perform an independent thorough inspection of the entire roof system to identify discrepancies prior to submitting a proposal.All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specifications No. FEO-0041/05/0050/05/0051/05/0052/05/0053/05 dated January 21, 2006.
