- NSN 1560-01-148-9827, Window Escape. Manufacture in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft, Cage 78286, P/N 65217-01002-102, Revision A, dtd 1/3/85. This acquisition is set-aside exclusively for SDVOSB. Only offers from SDVOSB will be considered. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 103 each for the base year and option years. 87 DARO, Destination. The maximum contract quantity is 205 each for the base year and the option years. Note 1 applies. 100% Set-Aside for Small Business ? SDVOSB set-aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
