Description

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required custodial/janitorial services identified in the statement of work (SOW) in accordance with the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) specifications, commercial standards, and federal, state, and local requirements. The Contractor shall maintain each facility to present a neat, clean and professional environment at all times. This procurement is a competitive set-aside for certified 8(a) Contractors only. The term of the contract will have a Base Year of twelve months with the Government's unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of twelve months each.
