- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating a competitive Firm Fixed Price award. This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) N00253-06-R-0016. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-09. This effort is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332995 and has a size standard of 500 employees. Our requirements are: CLIN 0001: Stationary Framework & Associated Framework Parts. CLIN 0002: Nose Pin Weldment. CLIN 0003: MK 1 Launcher Weldment & Associated Launcher Parts. CLIN 0004: Transfer Dolly/Cradle Weldment & Associated Parts.
