Description

Lassen Volcanic National Park Pre-Solicitation Notice This requirement is a Competitive Service-Disabled Verteran-Owned Small Businesses set-aside The National Park Service has a requirement for a new replacement entrance station within Lassen Volcanic National Park to replace two existing small unsafe entrance fee stations. The new fee stations will include an office, restroom and two attendant windows. The replacement facility will be properly heated, meet structural fire safety requirements, and include positive ventilation to remove vehicle carbon monoxide exhaust gasses from the entrance station area. Contractors will be rated on the following criteria: 50% Quality: Relevant Experience Past Performance Qualifications and Experience of Key Personnel 50% Price: Price Reasonableness The magnitude of construction range is between $500,000. and $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236210. Size Standard is $31M Interested parties who are certified under the SDVOSB program should prepare their technical and price proposals by the closing date idenified in the solicitation. It is anticipated the solicitation will be posted on Electronic Commerce (EC) on or after Thursday, July 13, 2006. Proposals will be due 30 calendars after the ACTUAL posting date.
