Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 7/25/2006. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The work of this contract consists of restriping National Park Service roads and one parking lot within the Cape Cod National Seashore from Eastham to Provincetown, Massachusetts. This Solicitation is issued pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns, regardless of size. The NAICS code is 237310. Firms must register in the Central Contractor Registration (http:www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for an award. All work will be performed under a single contract. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. A single award will be made. The construction estimate is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency.
