- The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source under the authority of FAR 6.302(Note 22) contract to Today's Consultant Services; for Medical Logistics Manager Homeland Secu rity Coordinator based on provisions of Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)). Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated a bove.
