- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B2C16136A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 333912, with a size standard of 500 Employees. A quotation is requested for Qty: 1 each Rack, 5 Bottle Assy, P/N R3x1V/DOT 45/BULK05/R/N. Consist of 5-4500 psi DOT bottles, racks, regulation panel, and all interconnecting piping. This price includes shipping cost. Order # 4045-B; Qty: 1 each Regulator, P/N REG-0003; Qty: 2 each Gauges, P/N GAG-0009W; AWARD SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AND ONLINE REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS AT: www.ccr.gov/. and www.orca.bpn.gov.
