Description

Work consists of but not limited to providing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other necessary items to trench (1400 feet), install two four (4) inch conduits, install two (2) manholes, run one 100 pair telephone cable and one 25 pair telephone cable at Dyess AFB, TX. The performance period may be up to 10 calendar days, which may not be consecutive. The estimated total value of this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. The proposed contract is set aside for HUB Zone concerns. The successful contractor will be selected based on lowest price resulting in Best Value to the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $13 million. The solicitation will be issued electronically o/a 25 July 2006 on the government Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies are not available. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. NOTE: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number form Dunn & Bradstreet. Registering may take up to three (3) weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
