- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0332 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 332912 and small business size standard 500 employees. (v) SWAGING TOOL KIT: CONTAINS BASIC HARDWARE AND ACCESSORIES, INCLUDES FIVE KITS FOR INSTALLATION: DLT05PSKT3001 FOR SIZE ?03, DLT05PSKT3000 FOR SIZE -04, DLT10PSKT3001 FOR SIZE -05, DLT10PSKT3000 FOR SIZE -06, DLT20PSKT3000 FOR SIZE -08, -10, DLT30PSKT3000 FOR SIZE -12, DLT40PSKT3000 FOR SIZES -16, -20, -24. ACCESSORIES INCLUDE: CHIPLESS CUTTER, INSPECTION GAGE, INSERTION MARKING TOOL AND MARKING PEN USED TO INSTALL SWAGE FITTINGS, INCLUDES MANUAL, RECIPROCATING PUMP (P/N DLT05MAPM1001). SWAGING TOOL KIT MANUFACTURER P/N: 5180013748266; OR EQUAL. (vi) Delivery is to take place 30 days after delivery of contract (ADC). FOB Destination is preferred to AMARC Central Receiving, 4860 S.
