- The Alaskan Region is conducting a market analysis to gather information from the aviation industry about the availability of specific avionics equipment. We are issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information from manufacturers about their existing products and future plans for products that would meet the requirements of the Alaska Statewide Safety Equipage Program. Interested parties must request the package in writing by contacting the Contracting Officer, Karla Shaw at the email address above through Friday, July 14, 2006. From July 17-28, 2006, please contact Nancy Eckroth at nancy.eckroth@faa.gov. The RFI will be available for release on July 18, 2006. Responses are to be submitted not later than August 17, 2006, at 2:30p.m. Alaska Standard Time, in accordance with instructions in the RFI.
