- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for removal and disposal of stream debris on 14 sites in the City of Ocean Springs, Jackson County, Mississippi. This work is to be completed within 25 calendar days after notification of contract award. Estimated price range for this work is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation which shall be considered by the agency. NRCS is issuing this request for quotation (RFQ) only electronically. Interested parties may access the RFQ package at http://www.fbo.gov on July 12, 2006 and download the files. A site showing for prospective bidders has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at 10:00 AM CST. All interested parties should meet at the City Hall, 1018 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
