- Solicitation for End Item: C-130 Aircraft 1560-00-650-9676. Lockheed Martin, CAGE 98897. Part number 354141-8 Insulation, Coupling, High. Project Number RD06166006. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE WILL BE 116 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Restricted, 100% Small Business Set- Aside acquisition. Critical Application item and Configuration Control Applies. Export Control applies. NAICS is 336413. This is a full and Open after exclusion of sources procurement, sources: Tighitco (22013), Thermal Structures (54787). FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities will be 252 each for the base and four option years. Surge and Sustainment applies. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government to eligible requestors.
