- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is soliciting for a Track Restraint System to support the Naval Ship Repair Facility ? Joint Regional Maintenance Center, Yokosuka, Japan in accordance with specifications to be provided in the solicitation. The track restraint system allows for modular configuration of various seating arrangements in a large conference room setting onboard ship. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with The South Main Company per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The solicitation is being issued as a commercial acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Delivery is required by 01 September 2006 FOB Destination. Written requests may be emailed to patricia.bly@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
