- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, but a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N65538-06-Q-0082, and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the associated NAICS code is 238990. THESE SERVICES SHALL BE QUOTED ON A FIRM FIXED PRICE BASIS. RESUMES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL KEY PERSONNEL QUOTED. A ONE-TIME SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD FOR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ON THURSDAY, 13 JULY 2006. IT IS RECOMMENDED, BUT NOT REQUIRED THAT YOU ATTEND, PRIOR TO PROVIDING YOUR QUOTE. PLEASE CONTACT MR.
