- Description
- The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) in support of the Office of the Secretary of Defense expects to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to support the requirement summarized below. The North American Industry Class ification System (NAICS) Code is 541690 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, Size Standard is $6.5M. The Contractor shall provide Program Management Support Services to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Priva tization & Partnerships. This effort includes general program management support, feasibility assessments (due diligence), development and management plans, portfolio and assessment management for privatized family housing, transient lodging, and unaccompa nied personnel housing. The majority of the family housing support effort during the contract period will be oversight of 42 installations, possibly increasing up to 50 installations by 2010, with up to 85,000 family housing units - one of the largest inv entories of residential real estate in the U.S. As the implementation phase of the program nears completion, a greater portion of Contractor support is devoted to the portfolio and asset management process. This process provides the tools and methodology for long-term oversight of the compliance and financial stability of each project. This is a Full and Open requirement with a Contract period of performance of One (1) Base year and Four (4) Option years. Further details will be provided in the RFP.
