Description: This project consists of removal of an existing water cooled chiller, chilled water pumps, heat exchanger and associated piping and providing a new air cooled chiller, air handling unit, fan coil units, pumps, piping, and controls in a 17,608 sf photo lab. Work is to be performed at Arnold AFB, TN and shall be completed within approximately 180 days from notice to procees. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
