Description: This project consists of replacing the existing roofing with cedar shake, replacing flashing, gutters, downspouts and appurtenances on two historic buildings, #1317 (bunkhouse) and #2815 (training center. The project is located at the Wind River Work Center, approx 8 miles north of Carson, WA. Site visits may be arranged during normal business hours by contacting Ben Scott, (509) 395-3372. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about July 21, 2006. Estimated start work date is late July or August 2006. Contract work time is approx 45 days. The Government's estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment security will be required for this project.
