- Description
- The work includes constructing a sloped timber trusss roof system over an existing flat tar roof. Construction shall include extending existing piping, construction of ice of water shield membrane, and construction of metal roofing material. The location of work located at the Clear Creek Administrative Site in the town of Idaho Springs, Colorado. The contract time for this project is 21 calendar days. This project is estimated to be over $25,000, but below $100,000. This project is set-aside for Service Disabled Veterans. This solicitation is anticipated to be available on or before July 20, 2006. The due date for responses to this solicitation is August 21, 2006. Plans will be available for free download at www.fedbizopps.gov. There is no formal site visit planned for this project.
