- Description
- This modification establishes a new issue and response date of 7/28/06 and 8/28/06 respectively. The proposed procurement includes a group of items within the Federal Supply Class 4820 for various valves, including temperature and fluid regulating; in accordance with (55378) TRAC Regulator Co. Inc. part numbers. Unit of issue is each (EA). Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) from which items will be ordered within an established minimum and maximum quantity limit on an as needed basis and shipped to various locations. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance.
