- Description
- The General Services Administration seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,187 rentable square feet in El Paso, Texas within the following designated area: The boundaries are as follows: Within 2-3 blocks of the US Bankruptcy Court located at 8515 Lockheed Dr. El Paso, TX 79925. The space should yield 1,032 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of general office space. The proposed lease is for 10 years with 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and must yield sufficient parking for employees and visitors. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 13, 2007. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than July 20, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
