Description: GSA is seeking expressions of interest for an EPA office lease requirement. The EPA has a continuing need for 232,000 rsf of office space within the central business district of Boston and within one half mile of the existing location at One Congress Street. The maximum lease term is 42 months due to a future anticipated occupancy into federally owned office space. Public transportation must be within 3 blocks. Department of Homeland Security Armed Guard Service will be required for screening of the public entering the EPA office space within the offered locations. 24/7 access for EPA Hazmat personnel is required.
