- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/homepage.htm The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires repairs to the MKVII Laser Range Finder. A five year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity requirements contract is anticipated; a maximum of 120 units, the estimated repairs per year are 24 either major or minor repairs; a CLIN for materials to be provided as GFM as the initial lay-in of materials, a CLIN for MKVII Spares and a CLIN for associated data. Delivery shall be FOB Destination NSWC-Crane. The required delivery schedule is 60 days from receipt of repairable at contractor facility. Preliminary inspection will occur at source by a Government QAR and final inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. This solicitation will be issued on an other than full and open competition basis using a performance specification to Litton Laser Systems, Orlando, FL. Contract/Ordering period is for a five-year period from award date of contract. Delivery will be specified in individual delivery orders. DPAS rating is DO-A70. Numbered notes 22 and 26 are applicable to the procurement.
