- Description
- The Specialty Contracts Center Core (SCCC) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a contract on a Sole Source basis to Sapient Corporation, at 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141-1802, for training and support to the Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) on the upgrade and implementation of CLC2S ? Command Logistics Command and Control System that will greatly improve effectiveness and streamline end-to-end logistics processes. The task will include help desk support; field exercise and training support; and system integration and documentation support. Optional tasks are: extended CONUS reach back support; CLC2S in-theater technical support; direct support of the MEU and application support. Sapient Corporation is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Government requirements. Proposed contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a period of three years (Base period and two option periods) or less if and when CLC2S becomes a part of the USMC Logistics Command and Control/Global Combat Support System (Log C2/GCSS).
