- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Division, Code 2.5.1.2, Webster Field St Inigoes, Maryland intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order with Pole/Zero Corporation, 5530 Union Center Drive, West Chester, OH 45069-4821. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other service or supply will satisfy the agency requirements. Pole Zero is the original equipment manufacturer and provider of Pole Receive and Transmit Filters and Interface Adapters to support the Battle Control System ? Mobile (BCS-M) presently used by the U.S. Navy and Air Force. The Pole Zero filters and adapters can provide simultaneous operations of multiple transceivers in extreme co-site environments. The items required for this acquisition are as follows: ITEM P/N DESCRITION QTY 0001 179000 Filters (3) 0002 151400 Filters (3) 0003 Extended Warranty (6) 0004 175000 Filters (3) 0005 Two-Year Extended Warranty (3) 0006 176000 Filters (1) 0007 2 Year Extended Warranty (1) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capability. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Contracts shall consider all responses. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement as a sole source basis based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
