- The National Park Service, Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, North Carolina will solicit quotations for the fabrication of metal gates used for road closures along the 470-mile Parkway motor road in Virginia and North Carolina. The requirement includes the custom fabrication from structural steel of metal gate sections with leveling plates, foundation connector assemblies, lock and slide assemblies, warning light enclosure boxes; and painting gates and warning light enclosure boxes. Delivery requirement is FOB Destination to four (4) locations on the Parkway. The NAICS Code for this project is 332323 and the small business size standard is 500 employees or less. The solicitation will be unrestricted and quotations from all responsive and responsible offerors will be considered.
