- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Salt Lake City, Utah, has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to frame, provide electrical, plumbing and mechanical connections within an existing steel building at the Delta Wild Horse Corals in Delta Utah. Work will also include pouring a 4 ft sidewalk around building and construction of an access ramp into garage side of building. The estimated price range is $25,000 - $100,000. The anticipated period of performance is 5 weeks after receipt of notice to proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Payment and Performance Bonds - 100% of contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and nay be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about August 3, 2006. Receipt of offers will be on or about September 1, 2006. The North American Industry Classification System number for this solicitation is 233320. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business.
