Required delivery with First Article is 80 Each, 327 Days After Co ntract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Alternate II is 80 each, 273 DACA. Required delivery without First Article is 80 each, 218 DACA. This item is restricted to the approved source Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequa lification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
