- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with US Elite Gear,P.O. Box 106, Delhi, NY 13753 for the purchase of Army Universal ACU Covers. The 6th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a purchase order for delivery and installation under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 only one responsible source due to urgent and compelling and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to US Elite Gear is the creator, manufacturer and supplier of this item. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Macdill AFB, FL. NAICS Code is 315999 and small business size standard is 500 Employees.
