- In accordance with FAR subpart 13.106(b)(1), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), intends to issue a sole source contract to the Brigham and Women's Hospital to conduct an analysis of the clinical, organizational, and financial value of the VHA's current suite of health information technology. Brigham and Women's Hospital is the only known source that possesses the capability required by the VHA. The intent of the synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotes; no solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided
