- Contractor must provide Clinical Dietitian Services for the VA Hines? two Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) in LaSalle and Manteno, Illinois; two days per month at each CBOC for the period of one year from the date of the award in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein (with two one-year options exercised at the government?s discretion). This is set-aside 100% for small business with NAICS 621399 ($6.5 Million). Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about July 5, 2006. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
