- NOTE: IF OFFEROR IS RESPONDING TO SOLICITATION NUMBER RFP 69D-243-06, OFFEROR DOES NOT NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION. Description: Synopsis: Contractor shall provide Readjustment Counseling Services to the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Madison Vet Center. Contract period will be October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007, with 2 (two) 1 (one) year option periods to extend, at the Government?s discretion. This solicitation will result in an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed unit price contract(s). Multiple awards are anticipated to be made from this solicitation. This procurement is unrestricted-open to all vendors. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621240, size standard $9.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2006.
