- Provide services for the set-up, pick-up, storage, cleaning, inspecting, adjusting and reissuing of Government owned durable medical equipment and/or accessories to patients served by the VA Medical Center, Alexandria, LA for the period of one (1) year from the date of award with four (4) one (1) year options, pending availability of funds. The purchase of durable medical equipment is not a part of this contract. The service area consists of approximately 28 Louisiana parishes. Solicitation documents will be posted to the website on or about July 21, 2006. All responsible small businesses that are JCAHO accredited are encouraged to participate in this procurement. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS is 621610 and small business is less than 12.5 million in gross sales. Government-wide number note 1.
