Jennings, Contracting Officer, 202-344-2296, email address: april.Jennings@dhs.gov Announcement Number: HSBP1005C00782 Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a Sole Source, Request For Proposal (RFP) to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company for a Service Life Assessment Program (SLAP) for its? P-3 Fleet. The goal of the Service Life Assessment Program is to assess the current Total Life Index (TLI), project the future TLI based on projected missions and utilizations of each aircraft and determine the areas that will require structural configuration and condition of the aircraft. It is intended that a CLIN will be added to the current contract on a firm fixed price basis and awarded for this effort. The anticipated period of performance for this effort is nine (9) months.
