- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to complete reconstruction of 3.69 miles of Road 30200 in accordance with specifications. The project is located on the Jessieville Ranger District, Ouachita National Forest, Garland County, Arkansas. This is a Request for Proposal open to both large and small business which will result in a firm-fixed price contract. The government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contractor is to complete the project within 176 calendar days. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on the initial offer. A 100% payment and performance bond is required prior to beginning construction. This solicitation will be available for download on or about July 14, 2006.
