- This solicitation is to acquire approximately 200 tons of second or third crop alfalfa hay, delivered to Starkey Experimental Forest hay barn. USFS will unload. No grass, feed analysis report to certify: (2a) 16-20% crude protein, (2b) minimum 55%TDN, (2c) minimum 130 relative feed value. 2 string bales, not to exceed 2?X2?X5? in size. Free of mold. Moldy bales will be rejected on delivery. Delivery will be no later than 9/30/06. The solicitation will be posted electronically on or about 7/17/06 and offers are due on 8/7/06.
