For this project, the contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, tools, transportation and facilities necessary to complete the rehabilitation of the potable water well and associated water system at the Adler Creek Guard Station, Divide Ranger District, Colorado. Work shall include, but is not limited to, site grading/site work, trenching, concrete foundation for new treatment building, construction of new treatment building to include plumbing and electrical service, well drilling, wellhead work, well submersible pump and controls, plumbing between well and new pumphouse, valves and boxes, waterlines and connection of new waterlines to existing lines. Project location is approximately 3 miles north of South Fork, CO at the Adler Creek Work Center. Estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is set aside for small business. Solicitation and project documents will be available o/a July 14. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be o/a August 17, 2006, 4:00 PM MDT.
