- NAICS Code 236220. For this project, the contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, materials and facilities necessary to complete the Lake George Work Center Fire Crew Quarters, Pike National Forest, Colorado. Construction shall include the fire quarters building with associated utilities, sidewalks, landscaping and miscellaneous items to provide a complete operational crew quarters. Project specifications allow vendors the option of building the crew quarters on site using traditional framing methods or structural insulated panels, or have it constructed off-site at an approved manufactured housing facility. Project location is approximately 20 miles west of Woodland Park, CO on Park County Road 94. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This solicitation is being competed pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Solicitation and project documents will be available o/a July 17.
