- * Item Description: This solicitation is for the procurement of various spare parts for such vehicles as trucks, tractor type (M915/M916), medium tactical vehicles, 2.5 ton (6X6) and 5 ton (M939) trucks from the Land Application Group. All NSNs are available for download under the ?Acquisition download? menu item on the DSCC Inter Net Bid Board System (DIBBS) under subject heading ?DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations? at http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web, at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp refer to WEB link. Destinations are for the Continental United States (CONUS) including Alaska and Hawaii and all Ports of Loading, F.O.B. Destination. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number (if applicable): The Purchase Item Descriptions (PID)s for each NSN is available and can be downloaded also from the internet via the website stated above. This information is also available by E-Mail: Renee.Barger@dla.mil. Quantity (including option quantity): VARIOUS. Unit of Issue: EA. Destination information: To be cited on individual delivery orders. Delivery Schedule: To be cited on individual orders. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s) 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of approximately July 5, 2006. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2510, 2530, 2590 and 4730. While price may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
