- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation (HC1021-06-P-2010) is being issued by the Defense Information Technologies Contracting Organization, Unit 4235 Box 143, APO AE 09142 or Heuberg 143, Sembach Germany 67681. This solicitation is a Request For Quote (RFQ). (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-08 and Defense Change Notice 20040625. (iv) The resultant will not be set- aside for small business. NAICS 611420, Computer Training, Size Standard is $6,500,0000. (v) The Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are included in the attached RFQ (vi) Description of requirement is attached (vii) FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. (x) Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item; DFARS 252.212-7000(b), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item or certification that these have been completed online via Online Representations and Certifications application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov/. (xi) FAR 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. (xii) (1) Award shall be made based on lowest price, technically acceptable. Far 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition. Far 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition -- 52.212-5(b): the following additional far clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36 and 52.222-37. These additional clauses are applicable for open market quotes. (2) DFARS 252.204-7004, 252.212-7001, 252.212-7001(b), 252.225-7001 and 252.225-7012. (xiii) The contract type will be a firm fixed price. All prices are firm fixed. (xv) No Numbered Notes apply. (xvi) Proposals are due no later than 1700 GMT, 18 July 2006.
