- The purpose of this solicitation is to invite applications from the qualified U.S. citizens interested in providing Personal Services Contract (PSC) services as a Country Representative for USAID/OTI's new transition program in Nepal. The performance period of the contract is two years and the salary for this position ranges between $77,793 and $101,130 per year which is GS-14 (non-locality pay) equivalent.
