- East Mason Street Utility Improvement Solicitation No. IFB-2006-108 INVITATION FOR BIDS The Presidio Trust, a Wholly-owned Government Corporation, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transpiration, services, employee training and testing, insurance, permits, agreements required and expertise as needed to complete the following utility improvements on East Mason Street, located in the Crissy Field Area at the Presidio of San Francisco, California: 1. Potable Water System Improvements 2. Sanitary Sewer System Improvements 3. Storm Sewer System Improvements 4. Electrical Distribution System Improvements 5. Telecommunication System Improvements The Presidio is a National Park and a National Historic Landmark. Interested and qualified firms are required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit, scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at 2:00 pm. The site visit will be held in front of Building #1183, Mason Street. Copies of the solicitations will available only at the site visit. Send email request to Lela Chisolm, Contracting Officer at lchisolm@presidiotrust.gov if your firm is going to attend the site visit. Telephone and fax requests will not be accepted. Bids are due on Friday, July 28, 2006 NLT 3:00pm via mail or hand deliver only to the Contracting Officer. No fax bids will be accepted. Qualified small businesses (including small disadvantaged businesses and minority and women-owned small businesses) are strongly encouraged to respond. The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
