Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 1,201 rentable sq. ft in Beverly/Danvers, Massachusetts bounded as follows: Liberty Street (Route 35, Danvers to Elliott Street (Route 62), Danvers to Bridge Street, Beverly to Hale Street (Route 127), Beverly to Boyes Street, Beverly to Cole Street, Beverly to Brimbal Avenue, Beverly to Dodge Street, Beverly to Conant Street, Beverly and back to Liberty Street (Route 35), Danvers. The space should yield between 1,016 to 1,067 ANSI/ BOMA usable sq. ft. The space must be on the second floor or higher. On-site parking is required for four (4) vehicles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain. Please submit proof/certification that property is not located in a Flood Plain. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address., 2. Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot, 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, 4. Common Area Factor (s) for available space by floor if applicable.
