- Hicks Landslide located inPioneer, Campbell County, TN. This project is under the Ofice of Surface Mining's Federal Emergency Program. The project consosts of mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's workforce, equipment and materials; clearing and grubbing; landslide excavation and placement in an approved off-site waste area; installatioin of a reinforced concrete rail pile retaining wall with ground anchors; installation of several types of surface and subsurface drainage control structures; site regrading; revegetation of all disturbed areas; and, restoration of driveways and roadways. A prebid conference is scheduled for july 20, 2006 at 11:30 AM. The estimated cost range of this project is between $75,000 and $110,000.
